Go through the steps of a surgical scrub + give the time for each step:
a) Rinse hands and forearms with water for 2 minutes
b) Apply antiseptic solution and scrub hands and forearms with a sterile scrub brush for 5 minutes
c) Rinse thoroughly with water for 2 minutes
d) Dry hands and forearms with a sterile towel for 1 minute
