Evaluate -3+i / 3 + 3i and express as a simplified complex number...

(I thought the answer would be... -1/3 + 2i/3... But I think it has to be like... a + bi or a*e^(bi)...)

-1/3 + 2i/3 is correct. Maybe your teacher wants it as -1/3 + (2/3)i to make it more clear it's in a+bi form where a = -1/3 and b = 2/3.
