after a little bit of research I found that the right answer is a

reason


you divide the four $10 dollar Bill by 4

so 1 person gets one $10 dollar bill

then you exchange the 100 bill for eight 10 bill and twenty 1 dollar bill

so eight 10 bill divided by 4 so 1 person gets two 10 dollar Bill

twenty 1 dollar bill .Each person here gets five one dollar Bill



so finally

each person gets

1. one $10 dollar bill
2.two 10 dollar bill(from the 100 bill)
3.five 1 dollar bill(from.the 100 too)
