Answer: When you have a narrative, you have not only the Narrative Arc (And this is important) you also have to be aware of you characters and plots. Stanzas are not really necessary, unless you are writing a poem. Exposition and Rising Action also depends on the story. But the main part of a narrative, is the Narrative Arc.
