Ok. So I used Elimination method. You could also use Substitution. Put the two equations on top of each other, as if you were adding and subtracting. Then decide whether to add of subtract, as the whole purpose of this method is to eliminate a variable. The x was eliminated. Then you can solve to get y.
Going back to one of the ORIGINAL equation, sub in your y and solve. Then you can put your x and y into an order pair (x,y). That pair is your answer!
