35°C would have the highest velocity because it's temperature is lesser hence the inter molecular forces between it molecules will be stronger and the velocity of the molecules will be lower than the rest.

the 75°C one would have the highest flow rate because its molecules will have a higher velocity and the inter molecular force between them will be less stronger
