From what you've written it could be two things
if you meant
(2/3) + d = 29   then its
d = 29 - 2/3

If you meant
2/(3+d) = 29  then its
2 = 29(3+d)
2/29 = 3 + d
d = 2/29  -  3 = - 85/29
