a is the incorrect one. so that is your answer

i think the sentence that is incorrectly written is C. because there's no need for the comma if the AND was already there to distinguish/separate the two sentences. OR...... the sentence would've been fine without the AND and just the COMMA. it needs to have one or the other, using both just sounds silly.
