Which of the following would NOT be a way of gaining legitimate power ?
A. A constitution establishes a branch of govetment.
B. A military general takes over a country
c. A new president is elected by the people
D. a territory organizes a new constitutional convention
I was leaning toward B because if a military person took over a country it seems like treason. Unless marshal law deals with it....? Im personally stuck between B and D thanks!
It absolutely is not c or a. I really do think it is b, because it seems like a BIG mistake if a military general took the country. The whole country would be "an army" and it we wouldn't have free will. So, my guess is b.
