This is a massage to inspire sacrifice, people should place patriotism about themselves and make the sacrifice of food to give it to the military force. On January 11, 1944, President of the United States, Franklin D. Roosevelt delivered his first State of the Union Address to the nation from White House. This was the first time when he was delivering this address to the people of the country as before that he used to deliver state of the Union Address in Person before the Congress. Like most of the other State of the Union addresses, the state of the Union address in 1944 was delivered from the diplomatic reception room on the ground floor of the White House mansion.  

During his speech, he used various parallel structures in order to keep the audience engaged and alert. His state of the Union address included many key topics and he discussed the recommendations which he made to Congress in order to stabilize the economy of the country and what he will be doing to stabilize the economy.
