A figure is in Quadrant II. It is rotated 90 degrees about the origin to create image #1. The original figure is then rotated -90 degrees about the origin to create image #1. How does image #1 compare to image#1? Describe the locations of image #1 and image #2. Is there a way to map image #1 directly onto image #2 by using a rotation? Please reply fast because it's timed, and require a written response. thanks!
I'm not 100% sure what the answer is, but this is what I put: "Images 1 and 2 are reflections of each other, and they should both be in Quadrant II. It is possible to map image 1 onto image 2; it needs to be rotated 180°."
