When approaching a vehicle that does not dim their headlights you can: blink your high beams once leave on your high beams until they adjust their headlights stay to the center yellow line?

If an oncomimg car has high beams on and doesn't dim them, blink your highbeams once to signal them to turn their highbeams off.
