Josh's mom is most likely an indulgent parent.
She lets her son do anything he wants and goes out of her way to make her son's every wish come true. He wants to eat burgers, fries, and pizza every night for dinner, and she makes that for him. She allows him his every whim, which is why is is overly indulgent, which is obviously wrong.
